Covid-19 Update

To our valued customers, 

We are happy to announce we are open again! In-person appointments are now available at our Mississauga showroom.  As the pandemic is still upon us and safety and public health is still of utmost concern to us, we have implemented the following policies:

1. All visits will be limited to the customer + 1 person additional at maximum, from the same household

2. Masks will be mandatory for LTC and customers, and hand sanitizer will be provided

3.  If you, or anyone in your household, is a) feeling unwell or b) has travelled outside of Canada within the last 14 days, we ask that you reschedule your appointment

4. We will be conducting an introductory phone or FaceTime call with all clients prior to visiting the showroom to ensure the collection is in line with what you are looking for

5. We will be limiting the number of garments that clients can try on in-store, allowing only those which you have narrowed down as final choices.

We are a small business and are currently limited on the number of in-person appointments we can take.  If you think you will not be able to attend your appointment, we ask that you let us know with at least 24 hours notice so we may offer that spot to someone else. Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours may be subject to a refundable re-booking fee.
